I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Rachel Avizova for my vision test and contact lens fitting. She truly cares about her patients, taking the time to ensure my prescription was precise and that I felt completely comfortable with my contacts. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions thoughtfully, and never made me feel rushed. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The office staff was also friendly and welcoming, making the visit even better. A wonderful experience—highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and professional. I usually see Dr. Kazanov, but this time he was unavailable, so I saw Rachel Avizova instead. She was amazing and very thorough. The rest of the staff assisted me in choosing my new pair of glasses, providing a detailed explanation of my vision benefits. I appreciated their honesty; they didn't pressure me to buy the most expensive brand and respected my desire for something simpler and more basic. I highly recommend this place.

Wow where to start I came in for some new lenses and may I just start with how amazing and friendly the staff and service was for this process! You could tell the staff cares about getting the best for you and they are very knowledgeable. Once I found what I was looking the price was very much reasonable! I loved the environment of there office. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone they won't disappoint!

Thank you for coming to my rescue! I was visiting NYC for a week, no glasses and only one pair of contact packed with me but then lost the right contact. Coming in as an emergency after googling around the area but the doctor did not work on Monday. I was scheduled for the next afternoon and given samples to be able to see till then. The whole office was professional, understanding, courteous and friendly. I had an exam for both glasses and contacts, explained thoroughly during the process, and helped with glasses selection. Then my glasses was expedited to be ready for me before I had to leave. I am so grateful and very happy with the service provided. I appreciate everyone of you so much and I plan on coming back for my annual exam due in 2024!!

My experience with Dr. Kakzanov, and his team, has been great. My previous glasses hadn't worked well for me, but with the right prescription, I'm having a much better experience. They are knowledgeable, make working with insurance really easy, and provide great service. It's an investment, but to me, it has been worth it.
