My experience has been very different. Don't believe all the bad reviews. My husband and I have been seeing Dr Rosenthal for over 10 years and have been extremely happy. The office is clean the staff is extremely friendly. The doctor is very passionate and very sensitive to your feelings. Can you have a wait time? Yes, like any other good doctor worth waiting for. We never experienced rudeness and if I did I would have voiced it immediately. I'd recommend her to anybody any time. We love her like family!

Does not know how to give an eye exam. Had to see a new dr for the CORRECT script and having to buy new lens once again within 2 months. . Also took patients that came in after me.

This place is the absolute worst! The Dr treats patients with little to no respect. She docks the pay of her employees All of the time!! She also tries to embarrass her employees in front of patients. She blames employees for her mistakes such as malpractices so she won’t look bad. The truth is shes really old and needs to retire instead of trying to ruin the lives of new up and coming medical assistants and registered nurses. She’s also a millionaire and she uses that as leverage if it was ever to be taken into legal actions knowing her employees wouldn’t stand a chance. I’m not an employee here but I know a few past and present. 0/10 stars for sure

If I could rate a zero I would, trust me. She is a horrible woman! Period! She doesn’t care about the patient she only cares about bringing you back for numerous appointments to collect the co pay. She’s rude and the way she talks to her front end/receptionists and staff in general in front of patients is completely unprofessional. She has an attitude all the time. I would say run the other way and run fast. She is just flat out a complete misery. Do not go to her. You will sit and wait in the waiting room for at least an hour just for a 15 min appointment and her bed side manners and personality alone is worst than ever. Money is all she cares about, not you! You’ve been warned ahead of time. Feel bad for the people that have to work with her on a daily basis. My prayers go out to them.

I brought in my mom for an eye exam. Our appointment was at 9:45am. We came at 9:30am to fill in paperwork. It is now 12pm and my mom was just asked in after I complained twice for the long wait. Waiting room is small. And it looks like patients are going in randomly. Patients who came after us were seen before us. I asked why and they said they were just being placed in rooms waiting for the Dr to see them which is not true because 2 of them are already done and just left. If we didnt invest 3 hours already in I would have left already. Before you come see this Dr ask how long you will have to wait before being seen.
