Went here with my partner in 2023 to get eye exams and glasses. The exam was a joke. It's a piece of paper taped to a wall and not a proper machine that cycles through different letters and font sizes. The frames they sell you are the same demo ones on display. They do not order a new pair and sell used demo frames at full retail price. Needless to say, the exam was done poorly and the incorrect prescription was provided. I had to come back and after complaining and retaking their eye exam with the same piece of paper and same letters taped to the wall as last time, they just decided to redo my lenses using an old prescription from 2022. I also complained that the frame was loose on the right side and asked them to adjust it. They couldn't. They said it's as tight as it could be and the screw couldn't be tightened further. They don't offer refunds, only store credit so my insurance and money was wasted. I'm sure a new frame wouldn't have this issue... I've seen an actual legitimate professional optometrist since then, and Alfa Vision's prescription was nowhere close to what it's supposed to be. My insurance only allows 1 frame every 2 years so I'm forced to pay out of pocket until 2025. As for my partner's glasses, the frame broke after a few months and they refused to honor the warranty and replace it.

I’ve been to many eyeglass stores, the eye doctor here gets your prescriptions, 100%, correct. And the owner is always willing to help you! you have a great selection of Retro and new styles of eyewear!

Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this establishment. I recently visited for an eye exam, and the wait was pleasantly short, about 15 minutes, which I appreciated. However, the trouble began shortly after: The place appeared quite unsanitary, with dirt scattered around, but that wasn't my main concern. Following the exam, I proceeded to browse for glasses. Unfortunately, after spending roughly 30 minutes, I couldn't find anything I liked, so I mentioned I would leave and return later. To my surprise, the owner or individual in charge insisted that I couldn't leave without making a choice. They informed me that if I chose a pair, the eye exam would be complimentary; otherwise, I had to pay $150 in cash only. This caught me off guard as I had not been informed of such a policy earlier. Feeling uncomfortable, I expressed my desire to simply depart. However, they went so far as to lock the store and restrict my exit, making me feel like I was being held against my will. The behavior of the staff was alarming and dangerous. Please exercise caution and be wary of this place.
