The store manager Rolandi (my apologies if I misspelled it) definitely did a great job helping me pick out my glasses. Instead of letting me get two of the same pair, she went out of her way to make sure that I got an even better pair than the first one, which goes to show how much she cares for her customers. The manager "Vee", alarm with Natasha as well as the doctor and entire staff gave me the best experience I received in years from any establishment. The manager went above and beyond for me. The service I received today hit my soul on an emotional level. After today's experience, I wouldn't ever dare to get my contacts or glasses from anywhere else but this particular establishment or the Paramus location with Dave. Vee, is a blessing to this company as well as all who comes across her path. She is so amazing, and graciously set the tone for the rest of my month. I hope you guys never have another manager other than her. Her managerial skills are upper echelon. She's the epitome of excellence and showed impeccable brilliance as she assisted a senior associates. I watched her be attentive as she troubleshooted various issues and made sure everyone was comfortable while doing it. The work ethic exhibited today by this young lady along with her staff was something for the books, and is rarely ever scene. I'm very grateful for her and her staff 🫶🏿

One of the amazing employees suggested I order them separately and bring them in, assuring me that she would take care of the rest.
