I had an outstanding experience at Americas Best! Despite being late and having to reschedule multiple times, the entire staff was incredibly accommodating and understanding. Natalie in pretest was amazing—she was informative, made me feel comfortable, and thoroughly explained each step of the process. Dr. Sidra continued that level of care with a seamless consultation, ensuring I understood everything while making me feel at ease. After my exam, I waited briefly before Marya called me up for billing and frame selection. Let me just say—Marya was exceptional. Not only did she help me choose a frame I felt confident in (despite my legendary indecisiveness), but she also took the time to guide me on lens care and turnaround time. She truly made the process enjoyable, and I can’t wait to see her again on my next visit. To wrap things up, Kyle helped with billing and even assisted in picking out a stylish case and lens wipe. His attention to detail ensured I left fully prepared. Overall, the entire staff made me feel like family. Their professionalism, patience, and customer care were top-notch. I had an Awesome experience at this place! Marianne and Kyle deserve a Grade A+ in customer service. Both were so kind in replacing both screws in my ray bans sunglasses. It took them a while to find the right screws, after several minutes they were able to find the right fit. Marianne did not give up and was determined! Definitely recommend coming to this location. All of the staff are so welcoming!

My overall experience was terrific thanks to my sales associate Alix and two other team members Kyle and Marianne. The effort and dedication they showed me was amazing just wish the store manager treated me the way they did. Never let 1 bad apple spoil the bunch!!

I went yesterday to their branch in A. LeFante Way, Bayonne. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The medical practitioners who checked my eyes were thorough and professional, and gave clear answers to all of my questions. Another good thing about America's Best is that a doctor is available everyday (except Saturday) if you need your eyes checked. Alix was the one who processed my purchases after the check up. He was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend America's Best for eyeware needs. I can't say anything yet about the eyeglasses, it takes about 7-10 business days for the pairs to be ready for pick-up.
