I know most people don’t love visiting any doctor but I LOVE when it’s time for my annual at America’s Best. I’ve visited this place multiple times and each time I have, the experience is dare I say enjoyable. The second I walk in, I’m greeted by a warm smile from Miss Maddie at the front. The Dr is a sweetheart, always puts me at ease and answers all of my million questions. The tech who assisted me prior, Z was also very accommodating and made my time in the exam room a good time. A nice convo goes a long way. Then there’s Joe, he’s helped me multiple times and he is always informative, helpful and makes sure I get the best bang for my buck. He is extremely pleasant and we’ve shared nice conversations as well. All this goes a long way- I adore the staff here!

I recently bought prescription glasses and sunglasses at this store (Store 5700). All the employees are very polite and friendly. One particular lady whose name is Laila Aryan, helped me with my glasses, she was very helpful in helping me decide on frames and the color lenses for my sunglasses. I love both pairs! Anyway, I went back in there to get my glasses adjusted a tiny bit and when I walked in every one greeted me so pleasantly. When Laila saw me she recognized me right away! We exchanged pleasantries and she adjusted my glasses for me. I really can’t say enough nice things about this store and all the employees who work there!! Thank you and I do hope you’ll share this review with this wonderful team!

This is my first experience here and I am so glad with the customer service that they provided. They were very patient with me and I will recommend this location to all my friends. Laila treated me with so much care and it was spectacular, Job was also so lovely and made me feel so welcomed. Best optical experience I have ever had!

Worse company ever. Do not recommend it. I went in for some new glasses hoping to get the "offer" the promote so much. It was all a lie. They charged me for some exams separately. I waited 14 days for my first pairs of glasses. And they came wrong. "LAB ISSUES" they said. I asked to re-do a full vision test, and they wanted to charge me extra. Because they said I only needed a follow up. And they assigned me to same doctor who did the prescription wrong on the first time. Now, the doctor gave a different new prescription. And they said I had to wait for another 14 days. It took almost 20 days for they to call me and tell me the glasses were ready. And guess what... The vision wasn't clear AGAIN. And I told them right on the spot. Of course they suggested to wear them for a few days and allow the eyes to get used to the new graduation. I followed their words, but it was getting worse. Headaches, eye pain, eye redness, eye dry, etc. I went back and I said I wanted a full refund because the glasses (or the prescription) are wrong again. They gave me only a partial refund, bucause the exams they performed are not refundable.. Do, I paid for something they did not do right, 'cuz I can't use any of the prescription they gave me, and they won't refund me for something they did wrong. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT WORTH IT.
