I recently visited the Paramus location and I am VERY disappointed with the customer service. Leslie and Ashyah have zero skills to perform their "job". I came in early for my appointment and was totally ignored by these two who's only priority was to discuss their personal business out loud for all to hear. Arrival of other customers were also ignored only to be assisted by the arrival of two other employees. Leslie and Ashyah IGNORED calls, clients and disregarded hipaa. I was greatly appalled to see the level of poor concerned they had for customer service. This goes beyond carelessness. Please educate your staff to say "hello, how can I help you." "Good morning, please have a seat"

Ciara made me fill comfortable enough to open up to her, in why I needed my two New pair of glasses for special occasions. Ciara also help me find all purpose glasses that help me look the part. She an incredible asset very professional. I thank Ciara, and American's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses for allowing me to be one very satisfied customer. I strongly 💪 recommend the community to come here if your seeking wonderful customer care, and great product! Lesley is another great asset to this company very nice. Krystal and Lezley were both excellent customer service representatives! They both helped me pick out frames and find the best prices for my budget. This location is a great place to get Pair Eyewear too! I’m going back for my eyewear needs!

I went to Visionworks in Paramus first for the eye exam however after picking frames I left. Visionworks came out to over $150.00 more for frames I was settling on so I left. I have really bad eyesight soI have to wear them alot. I brought my prescription to America's Best. Everything covered and I also got frames I LOVE!! Name Brans Jenny McCarthy AND Ray bans. I'm surprisingly happy.

I didn't have a terrible experience but things could have been better. This was my experience: I got there five minutes before my appointment time which was 1pm. I didn't get seen until about 1:15 by one the assistants. After, I waited about 45 minutes to see the doctor. I was told they were under staffed. The doctor didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She was saying out loud that she hopes she doesn't have any more patients that day. As a patient waiting there to be seen, that just made me feel bad and I felt like that was unprofessional. When she examined me I tried to explain to her I suffer from dry eyes because I've been wearing contacts consistently for over three years and I was trying to ask her a question about that but she kind of blew me off. I guess she was in a bad mood because they were understaffed but that's not the patients fault. Fast forward to an hour later, after I was seen by the doctor everyone was in the lobby standing or sitting waiting around to be fitted for their glasses. There was a huge lack of organization there. We were just standing there waiting to be called, not aware of our place in line. Overall not a terrible experience but it could have been way better.
