Everything went quick and with ease. I’m always nervous looking for a new pair of glasses but they had just the right ones with a great sale. I was able to get two glasses one for daily use and prescription sunglasses, which cost me way less than the price for just one pair at another office and this is with the extra features. The woman who helped me was Simone. She was patient and friendly. Can’t wait to see how they turn out!

Took my daughter to get her eye exam and pick up some glasses today arrived at 9:30 got out at 12:30. The system went down multiple times the assistant manager did not help the Sales rep at all as Miss Robin sat and struggled to continue to keep putting in the prescription so I can get my daughter’s glasses the Manager continue to keep walking around telling her that she don’t know Miss Robinson was a great sales rep helped my daughter pick out her glasses. I didn’t have to do anything like she literally helped from the beginning to the end so if you ever had to go to the Linden location, please look for Miss Robin!

I would like to say I have been using America's Best for many years. But this experience I had was the best of all. Starting from when I entered the door. The reception was excellent and very patient. The technician ANDRIAH was so kind and professional and patient with me. DR. TANG went far and beyond to make sure I was getting the best results, she was very kind and really knew what was best for me. She even seen and pointed out that she saw where I had the small procure done on my eyes. ROBYN was also excellent in her mannerism and she explained to me thoroughly what was available to me. The entire visit was great and from this experience I was glad to recommend this location. Sorry for the long message but as you can tell I was pleased. Thank you

Came in to get some emergency glasses and needed up leaving with a few more then expected - Vik took his time in showing me some frames and giving me his opinion and I left as one happy, very likely to return customer

I typically don’t leave reviews but I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received today. I handed my glasses to the optometrist to tighten the screws, and unfortunately, I would go on to regret this decision as it was a complete disaster. After handing over my glasses to the optometrist, I was given back a broken frame with the wood chipped on the side. Not only was the repair botched, but the optometrist had the audacity to tell me that they didn't have the necessary materials to fix the damage they had caused. I was left with a damaged pair of glasses. The inconvenience and financial burden this has caused me is unacceptable. My glasses are a very rare find, and I have to shell out money out of my pocket to fix the damage, which is not only unfair but also a reflection on the company’s care for its customers. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and responsibility from businesses, especially when it comes to something as critical as eye care. What's even more appalling is that I have not received an apology and some form of compensation for the damage they caused. Instead, they've left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would like to request reimbursement for the damage caused by their negligence. It's not too much to ask for a business to take responsibility for their mistakes and make things right. Until they do, I will not be recommending their services to anyone. On a positive note, I was impressed with Dr. Tang’s thoroughness and attention to detail with my eye examine. I also enjoyed engaging in a friendly conversation as we spoke Mandarin.
