My husband and I went to the location at Watchung and it was amazing! Staff and doctor are super great! The young lady Mary helped us. She was having some issues with my insurance because some reason it was not going through. She took her time and called who she needed to call and got everything corrected. Super sweet and professional. Great experience!

Existing customer for several years now - Tech and Doc experience was just fine but the advisor on the main floor who took my money up front for my two new pairs of glasses informed me that it would be 1-1.5 weeks and 2 weeks MAXIMUM for them to arrive. I call after 2 full weeks and they tell me it will be another whole week longer I'll have to wait. The 1 week passes and I decided to stop by in person because I never got a call about them being ready in store. All I ask is to set the expectation accurately and FOLLOW UP with the customer when what they PRE-PAID for arrives. Edison & Parsippany locations both had my new frames within 2 weeks - I was never informed about what the delay was here at Watchung but it should not be the customer's responsibility to follow up about the status of their pre-paid order!

All those helping me were efficient and kind with me. Vinetha was pleasant and patient. Dr. Stanley Anton was the most efficient eye doctor I ever worked with. The tests were done quickly yet I felt like he took his time and answered all of my concerns.

Been to this place, trust me it is the best place to get an eye exam and a variety of glasses. I was recommended by my friend who got her mom’s eyes checked here , she wanted me to take my mom . I made the right decision coming here because during the eye exam, the technician offered additional tests , in the beginning I thought that was extra money but after she explained my mom wanted to take them, the doctor who was very kind said that she needs to see the retinal specialist. Thank you America’s Best, just like the name they are the best!

Went there for an eye exam, but they don’t tell you that the retina check and some other check is extra money. So I got the eye exam, ordered glasses through them, and told the guy I want the same opinions as my existing glasses. He told me that I did not have the anti glare on my old one’s. When I went to pick up the new glasses,the lady helping me was fantastic. Asked me why I didn’t get the anti glare. Come to find out my old ones had the anti glare. The female manager at that time said to use these and she will get the ones with the anti glare with no extra cost. Great right? No I was wearing the new glasses and the prescription was horrible!!!! So I go back and the male manager tells me I have to come back for another exam. At this point, after spending $600.00 for the glasses and exam, told them to give me a refund. They refunded the glasses only. What a waste of $90.00 for an eye exam that was bad.
