I had an excellent experience in this store! the doctor was very nice and thoughtful. Lastly I would like to give a huge shout out to Regina who helped guide me in picking the right glasses for me! highly recommend coming here.

Original Review: I never feel compelled to write a review but I have to say, I came in for a visit as a new patient and the employees at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional. They wouldn't even look me in the eye and couldn't be bothered with my questions. I wanted to purchase frames, but they had no interest in helping me. When I simply asked when I would receive my contacts, I couldn't hear and asked them to repeat, they yelled at me. When I asked for a copy of my prescription, the employee just kept her head down and stared at her phone instead of acknowledging me. The doctor is really sweet and if you didn''t have to deal with the receptionist/sales people then I would come back. But it makes no sense to come back here when there are so many more options in the neighborhood. I really suggest you work on treating patients with the same level of respect.

I had an excellent experience at the store thanks to Regina’s outstanding customer service! I was uncertain about which frames to purchase, but she made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She took the time to understand my preferences, offered thoughtful recommendations, and guided me through my options. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the level of service I received. Regina assisted me with my sunglasses and eye glasses today. She is so helpful and sweet!! My experience at American Vision was incredible! Great customer service, fun atmosphere, quick assistance with insurance information/benefits and works with your budget. I would definitely recommend filling your prescriptions here and getting an eye exam. 10/10!!!

This place was above my expectations! Talia made everything so smooth, from helping me with my insurance to finding frames that fit perfectly. She explained everything in detail, so there were no surprises, and the team was incredibly polite and professional.
