Please please make sure to go to another doctor for a second opinion before having any procedure done. My mother went there once because her right eye was twitching and bothering her and on her first visit they advised that she NEEDED to clean her cataract for both eyes. i went in with her on her second visit to speak with her doctor personally and the doctor stated that she in fact did need the surgery so obviously I trusted her because she’s the doctor. Turns out they did the procedure on the day I went & she ended up having complications the next say so I went back and expressed my concern. The doctor said this never happened to her in ALL her years of experience so she’s not sure why my mothers eye was hurting/burning etc. obviously I was very upset about this because the doctor said on the day of procedure that there were NO risks. I made sure to ask. So she lied and then after going there time after time and my mothers eye still wasn’t okay I ended going to another doctor and they said my mother DID NOT need the procedure if she was not experiencing any issues with her vision. This was done back in July 2022. My mother still to this day needs to take drops and experiences discomfort in her eye. Luckily the new doctor has helped but the whole experience was very stressful and just upsetting. The front desk didn’t even give me a hard time when I expressed my concern, as if they are already use to dealing with these kind of things.

Jan 09, 2023 · Jessica CI've had such a wonderful experience at this location. Maria was so helpful in getting me an appointment quickly, the lab assistant was very thorough and careful, Doctor Albert Z was very knowledgeable and caring (he gave good advise regarding eye care), and lastly Mr.Jesus helped me from start to end to get the correct lense and frame such that today I am able to improve my vision to some an extent. I highly recommend this place.
Jun 24, 2023 · Laks VadavalliCalled and left a message with all my information so I can schedule an appointment. No one called me back and I called today and the lady who answered the phone was very abrupt. She tried to tell me to call back tomorrow so I can speak to the girl that normally works there?? I asked if she can schedule an appointment and she went on to say that she is booked up and the doctor is on vacation next week. She was not trying to help and seems as if she just wanted me off the phone.
