I have been going to this place for years. That’s also where I take my children. The place is clean and the service is good. An eye exam is fast. I have only positive feedback. The staff is warm and welcoming. The Doctor is very friendly. I would recommend this Doctor to any family.

Dec 28, 2023 · Grinn ProminninBeen going here since I was 14/15 and I’m in my 20’s now. Blacked owned and providing proper care. They started me on my first pair of contacts and I’ve kept it going with this doctor since. Never gave me a bad prescription. I have a heavy prescription so my glasses are too heavy for my small nose bridge, the doctor helped me find a frame that fits my face and will hold my thick lens well. Love it here, the only downside is the wait but it’s well worth it. This is the only eye doctor I trust.
Mar 02, 2024 · Auxysonia GordonThe Dr. and her staff are really great but sometimes the wait is annoying 😑 But when it's your turn, you forget what bother you in the first place. Great place I love them ❤️
Oct 01, 2024 · Edward GodwinThe staff was so rude. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and wasn't seen until almost an hour later- even though there was no one else in line or in the office. The place was dirty, loud music was playing. When I told them I had an appointment at the bank, they told me I cared more about my money than my appointment when I had been waiting in an empty office for almost 45 minutes and that she was the only doctor in all of staten island that accepted my insurance and that I should be grateful. When I asked them for a copy of my prescription they refused to give it to me and said it would come with the glasses in a week. How difficult is it to give me the prescription now and be kind to the community you are serving?
Mar 06, 2024 · Duha SyarI’ve been going to this place since I moved out here had taken a break when I was busy with work and school and went to a different one. Decided since my friend also gets pairs from there I’ll go back too. I went last year and never going back. 1 - I went for an eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses, 1 covered by insurance other out of pocket. originally I was told it would be around 470-$500 since I’m getting 2 and I’m getting filtered lense so I’m getting a discount. ok no problem 2- before I left my glasses were adjusted by Brian. And since I had the eye exam and I had drops put in my eye, my vision was already intense so I put the glasses on fit nice but I felt like there was a smudge but thought ok maybe it’s the drops got home called cus still seemed like there was some sort of smudge. Did my research and my right lense looked like it was affected from the heat probably when he adjusted them. But anyways I’m guessing they werent expecting me to keep coming back but I spent over $600 on the ones he messed up. Funny because they wouldn’t open the door when it was just me outside but as soon as another patient came they had to open. So when i came back and spoke to the doctor she obviously knew he messed up is why she was willing to fix them. At this point I just wanted my glasses repaired I had waited a whole month for them to just give me the ones from my insurance and had me walking around with my smudged ones ( the most irritating thing ever) then finally a week later (i got my repair glasses I was left a message to pick them up and then when I get there she’s trying to tell me she called me so many times um no I received one call and I came lol) but oh not without being sneaky they increased the price for the new pair I wanted to get to almost $800. (so not only were they trying to charge me for the glasses but for the repair too?) and now after this whole experience did they really expect I would want to continue? Then they even tried to get me to make a big down payment for the newer pair I wanted tbh I just wanted to get my stuff and leave paid about 25 for the repair THEN to receive a letter from my insurance that this office is trying to charge me for the glasses too noo idk what they’re doing but its not it. If someone’s already buying don’t mess it up by being money hungry.
