I wanted to share my positive experience at your establishment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, making it a convenient place for thorough eye examinations and a wide selection of eyewear for the whole family.

Christine was great to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She assisted me as well as my niece in picking out frames for our prescription glasses. She gave us her undivided attention in the process and we were thoroughly satisfied with her and the services Benjamin optical provided us during our visit. I would highly recommend this store for all your optical needs. The staff is very courteous, respectful and professional!

Great place! I have been going to another eyeglasses place for years, even after moving 25 minutes away. It was becoming too much so I tried Benjamin Optical which is literally 2 minutes from my house and I am so happy I did! The staff and doctors are so kind, helpful, and patient! The girl in the front spent 30 minutes helping me pick the perfect glasses. I now started taking my 8-year-old son here, too! And he had a great experience with the obstetrician. We will definitely be coming back to Benjamin Optical!

I went to Benjamin optical and the doctor said that I have extreme dry eyes and she's going to send me a prescription. I checked back a few days later because she didn't send the prescription and they said that the doctor is not in and she will be in Tuesday and my eyes were absolutely killing me. And the doctor was aware of it during the visit. I called Tuesday and the doctor said that she never said anything about dry eyes and she's not sending the prescription. Then she said she will. The next day I checked in and they didn't send the prescription and the front lady yelled at me and screamed at me and told me that the doctor's not in until next Tuesday AGAIN. (Meanwhile if you try to make an appointment online, the doctor is available 5 days a week). I told her it's an emergency matter now because my eyes are causing extreme discomfort and pain and she started getting even more authoritative, yelling and saying that the doctor is not in and she will not reach the doctor. And that she will reach the doctor again next Tuesday. Even after I told her the doctor made the mistake, she started screaming at the top of her lungs and told me to not contact this facility again and we do not want to help you anymore. Are they stupid? I had a paid visit for which I required a prescription and these people used my insurance, got the payment and then refused to give me medication. This facility does not care for patients. They are unqualified to be dealing with sick patients in a healthcare setting. They're clearly incompetent and don't understand how to do their job. They are beyond beyond stupid. Please do not go here. They literally refused me medication when the sole purpose of me going to the doctor is to remove my discomfort and pain. They are out of their mind. I felt like I went to a barn house in a third world country.

Been coming to Benjamin Optical for years now since before it was Benjamin. The one person that keeps us as customers because of her dedicated expertise in all things optical, is Kristina. Don't get me wrong the staff is fantastic. Kristina is the sweetest and makes my wife's and myself's lives easier! Solana was also courteous, respectful and professional, Thank you all!
