Unprofessional staff with awful customer service. Be sure to ask insurance questions prior to obtaining an exam because the front desk will tell you anything to get you in the door and will bill you afterwards whatever they feel like it. This office does not care about patients. I contacted the office staff about an issue, and in mid conversation, the woman abruptly placed me on hold and transferred me to a male in the office. He answered the phone with an attitude as if he didn’t want to speak with me. He told me I should be “happy” that my issue wasn’t worse. The man was so rude and discourteous. I will never visit this office again. Also, this office claims to only bill medical insurances even for routine eye exams, so I recommend that future visitors to be cautious or choose to go elsewhere.

I have had a pain that would come and go in my right eye for about a week. I thought it was hopefully an eyelash but I couldn't see anything, and called Summit Health today, and luckily for me, Dr. Beth Rosenblatt had a late appointment available. She thoroughly looked into my right eye and after a few minutes she found and removed an in-grown eyelash that was the cause of my problem. I could not be happier with her thoroughness and also her caring about me as a patient.

Dr Beth Rosenblatt is an excellent physician. She’s everything you would need in a Dr. Brilliant, Kind, patient and extremely thorough. She takes her time to listen and administers the proper care. She has been my eye dr for 15+ years and I have recommended her to my friends and family and they all agree she’s great! If you are looking for an eye physician, her team is a great one. I have never experienced anything even close to what some of these negative reviews are claiming. She and her team have always been consistent with their care. Highly recommend

Dr. Rosenblatt was kind throughout the duration of the appointment. However, I conveyed during my appointment that I was looking only for a new glasses prescription, and that I did not have trouble seeing with my existing contacts. When my glasses magnification was changed, I was informed that a contact lens prescription could simply be "calculated" from there, which I understood to imply that I was not receiving a contact lens fitting. I was given a new contacts prescription where only the magnification was updated. I was later charged for a full fitting. This office needs to do a better job of explaining to their patients when and what exams are being performed. I understand that we as patients sign a form at the beginning of the appointment acknowledging payment responsibility for uncovered services. But if a patient conveys that those services aren't requested during the appointment, they need to be told in clear terms if the doctor determines they are needed.

I had an emergency with my left eye. Dr. Rosenblatt scheduled an appointment for me immediately the next day. She made me feel comfortable, thoroughly addressed my concerns, and provided clear explanations during my visit. Dr. Rosenblatt's commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in optometry is evident, and her welcoming demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. She is the best optometrist I have ever been to. I highly recommend. Thank You Dr. Rosenblatt
