This is my favorite BJ’s. I easily find everything and the team member Joshua is very helpful, knowledgeable and always have a smile. Very pleasant young man. His customer service is top tier. I honestly hate asking some of the staff for help they usually mad at the world but I understand ppl have issues however Joshua’s pleasantries outshines all the bad apples. I greatly appreciate him

He took his time, felt no rush in the process, and he made sure I felt comfortable throughout my services. Wait was minimal compared to what I’m use to. I def recommend!
