Honestly, 100% amazing all around. I called on 1/19 and had my appointment scheduled a DAY LATER. Any other places I called were closed until March or April but this place !? Had me scheduled in 24 hours later and now I’m a new patient. Dusherne (my receptionist) had me in my appointment 5 mins after intake. LITERALLY 5 minutes. Kept me informed on the different forms I had to sign and very entertaining. Tanzie was awesome at identifying my vision weaknesses. So gentle and kind. (While my vision got blurry and I forgot to blink) she was so patient with me while I composed myself. Dr Lynch? Amazing! So thorough and informative. Having an all-female care team for my first visit absolutely alleviated my anxiety. Got my prescription within an hour, all while experiencing some AMAZING care. If you have anxiety or are intimidated by seeing someone for your eye care, this is DEFINITELY the place for you. Everyone has patience, cares, and wants to make you feel confident with your vision. 10/10- FIVE STARS ALL AROUND.

I finally was able to get an appointment with Bloomfield Eye Associates, and I must say I was very impressed. Dusherne (receptionist) the best, very friendly, professional and funny :). Tanzie (the tech) was very knowledgeable and caring and explain everything to me. Last but not least Dr. Cucci, she was very thorough and provided me with great care. Bloomfield Eye Associates you just earn me as a new patient.

Dr Lynch isa people's person . She discussed everything in detail with me. She listened attentively to my suggestions . It's was a great experience, wonderful job Dr Lynch .

I was pleased with my 1st office visit. However I'm completely frustrated with the inability to reach a human to get a copy of my Rx. I've called 5 times and left messages. No response! Today, the recorded message says office is open until 5:00pm. But I reached an external answering service. The representative said the office is closed today. The rep said she didn't have an option to leave a message for Dr. Lynch. Hot mess.

I have been coming for years and never did a review. They changed staff a few times , but this last visit by far was excellent . Assistant Tanzia exceeded expectations was very gentle and explained everything she was doing to prepare for the doctor. Dr Cucci is very thorough and provides great care.
