I had an excellent experience getting my new glasses this week. Dimitri was patient, helpful, and easy to talk to. My prescription glasses were ready in 1 day!!! There is a wide range of options to choose from with different price points. Thank you for making this experience a memorable one.

I had an excellent experience at Blvd Optical! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The eye doctor was very thorough during my son's eye exam and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel at ease. After the exam, the team helped us choose the perfect pair of glasses from their wide selection of frames. They were very knowledgeable about lens options and provided great recommendations. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Blvd Optical for both eye exams and quality eyewear!

We went in for an annual eye exam and some frames. We left paying for 95 for frames with anti-glare added. We forgot that they also mentioned that insurance would cover $100 towards the cost of the frames so we called back for clarification on why we ended up paying $95 out of pocket after being told otherwise hours prior. After calling, we were spoken to rudely with little patience for simple clarification questions. We were told that apparently they “didn’t have” the frames that the insurance covers. Mind you that we had called twice prior to the visit asking if our insurance covers the frames. If the response prior to the visit was yes, how could you not have the frames covered by insurance. First call, we were told the frames would not be covered, but they offered a 2 for $95 deal. Second call was made hours prior to the appointment, and we were now being told insurance would cover $100 off the purchase. Anyways, I’m writing this review because after my partner was spoken rudely to, I grabbed the phone and assertively asked for clarification because I didn’t know why the $100 was not being put towards the purchase. The person over the phone then said “I can just cancel the transaction for you no problem”. I responded “I never said to cancel any transaction, I asked for clarification”. He was clearly taken back and calmed down and clarified. But at that point I was done with it, telling us the insurance covers the frames for us, but not having the frame it covers and the rudeness, so I did just end up cancelling the transaction. His answers came with uncertainty upon being asked clear and simple questions, and his temperament was uncalled for upon asking these questions. Dr. Grossman was very attentive, precise, and quick with his work. The gentleman at the front desk making the sale was quite the opposite.

Had an amazing experience here! The customer service was top-notch—I wanted the Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses with prescription lenses, and they had them ready for me in just three days. Truly impressed and grateful. Thank you so much!

I have been to many optical for my son and for myself but so much different with BLVD Optical. The optometrist is very nice and explain every situation in details. Great services from checking eye sight to providing professional advice. Friendly staffs, clear explanation on recommendations on suitable frames and lens.
