I had an amazing experience at Bonafide Eye Care, thanks to Millie. She went above and beyond to help me, even staying overtime to make sure everything was perfect. Her dedication to patient care is truly unmatched. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in her work, but she also has the best stories to tell, making the whole visit enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely kind, but Millie is exactly that. She made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for personalized, attentive care, I highly recommend visiting Bonafide Eye Care and asking for Millie. She’s an absolute gem and truly cares about her patients. Such a sweet and wonderful person!

One of the best staff I have ever seen, they are so friendly and actually care for you, they are clean and efficient and do their work quickly, my glass were affordable and came in less then 2 weeks. They were patient with me when I was learning how to use contact and sat with me until I learned. Very thank full to them and overall would recommend.

Bonafide Eye Care (Bonafraud) is systematically defrauding their in-network customers through deceptive billing practices coupled with outright provider fraud. If you are reading this after already buying glasses/contacts from Bonafraud, check your insurance and you’ll see they never actually ran your coverage. But how does this work? It’s actually quite simple: Bonafraud will misrepresent your insurance coverage to you and state that your coverage limits are 2-3x higher than they actually are (because most people don’t know their actual coverage). Bonafraud pockets the difference and never sends the claim to your insurance. But it doesn’t end there. If you confront them, Bonafraud will act clueless and offer you a doctored receipt and step-by-step instructions on how to submit it as out-of-network (insurance fraud) so you can get less than $100 back. After you turn them down and get your insurance involved, Bonafraud will offer you a second pair of glasses completely free to drop your case. Of course after you reject this, Bonafraud will attempt to IMPERSONATE you and submit your claim as out-of-network to your insurance regardless. Attached is the their attempt of impersonating me. They tried mailing a fake claim (signed by Millie) to a large insurance provider pretending to be me. Good thing they sent it to the wrong provider so it was “returned” to me. If you really want to give them a try because of all the fake 5 star reviews, prepare yourself to be gaslit and harassed should you experience any issues. It took me 5 months to get my money refunded. You only have 180 days after your visit to file a grievance with your insurance company to get your money back so be sure to stay on top of it.

I highly recommend this place! Absolutely everyone who works here is wonderful, from Dr. Mary, to the owner, to the ladies who work in the front (shoutout Kristina!!) It's also just fun to be there--everyone clearly gets along and a good sense of humor abounds. I can't thank them enough for all of their help and kindness. I arrived to my appointment a little scared and in pain due to what I thought was a potential chemical burn from hydrogen peroxide contact lens solution. Everyone made me feel welcome and expressed genuine concern. Dr. Mary was extremely helpful in assessing my situation, creating a detailed plan for how to care for my injury, scheduling follow-up visits, making sure I felt OK, and above all putting my well-being first. In my experience, it's pretty rare to experience that level of care in a medical setting, and I'm extremely grateful. Update: I also saw Dr. Chen for a follow-up visit, and she was great as well! And my eyes are completely healed now. During my brief waits before appointments, I've also seen them helping several customers pick out new glasses and new contacts, and I couldn't help but notice how thrilled every single one of them was. So go here for your more serious eye care needs, but also for the fun stuff!

Bonafide is top notch! I have purchased glasses for my daughter and sunglasses for my wife, Milly went all out for me with customer care and great service. She’s the best!! I highly recommend Bonafide Eye Care.
