Never had an issue before until today. I called the office three separate times to confirm that I could pick up my glasses at 6:45 p.m., and each time I was told that would be fine. I wanted to be considerate since I work far and wouldn’t be out until 6 pm and also to make sure I wouldn’t have to do a 1 hour commute both ways twice without my glasses. When I arrived on time at 6:40 (which I called 3x to confirm), no one was at the door, and I had to call again to be let in. Once someone came out, I was told multiple times that I was “lucky” to be getting my glasses—even though I had clearly confirmed the pickup time ahead of time. That’s so frustrating and patronizing, especially since I went out of my way to plan. I appreciate the help and that I did get my glasses, but I hope in the future, communication is more consistent and respectful for other patients.

Once there, I was greeted by the front desk employee who was all smiles and professional. The doctor was thorough and answered all of my questions without hesitation. If you're looking for a quick check or require regular visits, I would highly recommend them. They have an onsite shop for glasses and contacts as well. If you need that service, I'd recommend you go early or on a weekday. They were moving fast but they did have a full house.

The staff are great & caring. The best part you can ask questions & he will give you the answers. There’s no rushing you out of the office to see another patient. Every patients are being treated equally. Great 👍
