I don't know what's up with this spot I went there it was raining it was at 3:05 when I got there there was nobody there that wasn't even a person to help me it was empty no one at the desk it says they close at 5:00 it was Wednesday at 3:00 does that make sense I'm trying to call them it's 11:48 at this moment and no one's picking up and I'm constantly getting sent to some to leave them a message also I haven't received my glasses it's been a month very unprofessional I just don't know what's the problem I just want my glasses

Mar 06, 2025 · Aaron SanabriaThis location is unprofessional. There is only 2 employees. The location does not have a set Mon-fri schedule like it states. I arrived at the location on Friday at 12:40pm to pick up my glasses because that is the only time I would be able to do so. Inconveniently These guys don’t open up until 10am. And they close at 5pm. I have a full days work just like they do. So to falsely advertise that you guys are open 5 days a week when that isn’t the case. Is unprofessional. Then to pick and choose when you guys are open isn’t fair to the public.

I just asked him to change the eye screen my son remembered the screen and normally he has trouble seeing. He would not. So rude and cocky for no reason. I have to come back tomorrow to see another doctor now. Then he gave me the wrong prescription and they gave my son the wrong pair of glasses. Close this site down.
