I recently visited this store and had a very disappointing experience. After asking for a new pair of glasses, I was shocked when a sales representative called me out of my name, not even to my face but to her coworker, in response. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially in a professional setting where customers should feel valued and respected. I had hoped to receive courteous and professional service, but this interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I expect better customer service and hope that this issue is addressed to prevent it from happening to others. I urge management to look into this matter and ensure all customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

I’ll definitely be coming back here! I walked in for my appointment & was greeted immediately, & told my appointment would be upstairs. The staff was super nice in making sure my first visit was pleasant. The wait time to be seen was no longer than 10 mins between tests. I was told that I could pick out my glasses & check out downstairs. The girls that greeted me earlier greeted me again & Shelly (I hope i spelled it right!) told me she’d be right with me. She was super helpful with helping me find my perfect frames. She was patient, kind, & knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable in not only getting one pair of glasses, but two! Thank you Shelly!!

I had a great experience. The Dr. Kabiri was made the experience positive. Shelly at the store front helped me with my glasses, picking out the right pair and walked me through the process.Igot my glasses and my contacts. I'm glad I came here than anywhere else.

First and foremost I would like to thank the entire staff there. They all are professional and courteous. The ladies there are always helpful. In addition to that, the store has a wide array of fashionable eyewear for everyone. All the frames are top tier and up to date. I recently just purchased my second pair of Versace frames from them in the past two months and have been going to them for a few years now for my eyecare. Ladies thank you again and I appreciate you.

Service is always Great!! Eye exam is on point, you get your glasses fast. Large variety of glasses with wonderful prices. I will keep coming back.
