I visited Dr Carla about 2 months ago. She knows what she is doing. Very professional and takes the time to explain to you whatever you have in complete details. Super caring, friendly, Knowledgeable young Dr. The Problem I have is that I took the prescription to another place to pick up a frame and the new lenses. After wearing the glasses I felt dizzy and I was loosing my balance. I tried to call her several times and left few messages for her to call me back but she did not. Maybe she never got the messages. I finally went to another eye doctor who told me that I got the wrong prescription. I had to pay $400 from my pocket for the new glasses. I don't want to blame Dr. Carla for writing the wrong prescription coz maybe one of her assistance made that mistake. She should review the prescriptions before hand them out.
