Clear Vision

Even though I am very grateful they took me in on Monday to see me as an emergency today I was scheduled for a follow up at 2:40 pm. I arrived at 2:30 it is now 4 pm and they have taken a patient that came after me in. I know exactly what they are coming in for because I was having a conversation with them in the waiting room. I am just a 5 min follow up patient ..I work in healthcare and with patients every single day for the past 20 years . I also schedule I bill I treatment plan I know how to treat my patients; this is unacceptable. Maybe they took that patient in before me because she’s a cash patient?! 🧐 Well lesson learned so if you are one of those patients that love to wait in a small waiting room for hours please feel free to enjoy your time there . I’m not the one to post a negative review ever but today was one of the most annoying experiences. If you can’t schedule correctly and think that double booking is ok boy you guys are wrong . Oh and I was not the only one complaining in that waiting room. So sad 😞 I was actually looking forward to this being my future Opthamologist. Update: no your front desk did not state you were booked until October I’m sure you record conversations listen to them … then I was offered morning and afternoon ; which means you have available appointments for a follow up and yes you did take a cash patient that was there before me in ..that’s why I walked out. Please don’t insult my intelligence and yes maybe star was unfair .

I LOVE THIS PLACE! From the moment you walk in to when you leave , the owner, employees and doctor are amazing and work with you to make your time there memorable. The selection of glasses will amaze you as they have so many types to fit all faces. I highly recommend this store to all.

my grandma went in yesterday for her appointment about 20 minutes late so of course they would skip her til the person after goes ahead now, understood and fair for her being late. but she waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room with about 6 people going in front of her to go see the doctor without her even being seen yet. she ended up leaving. terrible service and a waste of time.

My family has been going to Clear Visions for years, almost 20 years. Very nice, respectful and accommodating staff: Sonia, Jessie, Dina and Cassandra, including Dr. Morillo (sorry if I missed anyone). They always go the extra mile to help us get what we come for, plus great customer service. Of course there are times that we have to wait, but we understand how busy they are, and there's a few of us. They are always patient with us, especially with our last minute appointment changes and special requests. We look forward to going there every year. Thank you for excellent customer service!!! Worst place ever, doesn't communicate with client, does whatever they want, rude and very unprofessional do not recommend...as for your elaboration sure was not greeted when first entered your establishment and was not asked what I was there for,didn't know which customer entered first, very unorganized, and you tried to charge for services that were not rendered and eye doctor and assistant were very unprofessional and rude...again worse place ever would not recommend
