This review is specifically for Dr. Nikki Tsamis and the team of women that were working with her. We had been coming to this location for years since my daughter was very little. My daughter got her first pair of glasses from here. Everyone here has always been stellar. They always remember us despite only coming in once or twice a year. We came in last year on a day we didn't know Dr. Nikki wouldn't be there and dealt with the new doctor. He gave my daughter a bad prescription and was adamant it was correct. He did not listen to our concerns and dismissed us because he "knew best". I was planning to come in this week to see Dr. Nikki but she moved on, which is fine! I just wanted to write a long overdue review for her and the team. It hasn't gotten harder and harder to find places that still treat you with common decency, and they always went over and above! Thank you all for being the best, and we are wishing Dr. Nikki the best in the next stage of her life and career.

Diane, Anna, & Dr. Nikki are the absolute BEST at what they do! And now they take my insurance, which makes things so much easier. The Cohen's on 33 Maiden Lane is a gem for me! Keep up the good work, ladies!!

Mar 26, 2024 · Meleah JonesGreat Staff. I cut back a star because I didn’t care for Dr Marolla at all. First impressions and lack of greeting says a lot. There were little to no questions besides which line I can see on the chart and it felt like he was in a rush to get back to doing whatever he was doing before I came into the store. I of course had to take my contacts out for the exam, it didn’t seem like he was even going to give me a case until I asked. I thought that was very rude and rubbed me the wrong way. He rushed the exam completely without given me the time of day for a question. The staff on the other hand were wonderful and attentive and they asked and answered any questions I may have. If the staff had the same mood as the doctor, I definitely would’ve left.
