The glasses arrived earlier than expected, which was really convenient. Janna cleaned them and made sure they fitted before letting me leave with them. The glasses were a little too big for the case they gave me, but that's not a huge problem. Thank you for the help!

Not only was she’s short with her answers and trying to rush me off the phone. I’m trying to confirm my insurance with her; She also was informed acted like she did not understand my questions and scheduled me for the wrong day. When I called the next day, she had me on hold for 10 minutes and when she picked up, I Asked if she was the only person working, she pretended to not hear me and hung up the phone. I called back. She picked up the phone. I heard her having a conversation with a male in the background In Spanish, When she said Cohens and put me on hold again for another five minutes. Jana only attended to me when I spoke to her in Spanish back. This was very disrespectful uncalled for and I cannot believe that Cohen who has been in business for over 20 years. Has people working for them like this. I will be sending an email about this.
