I was able to get an appointment quickly online. The staff is not professional. They have no idea of what’s going on. I have printed my coverage and they printed my coverage. My coverage includes any frame within $300 but they refused to let me pick other frames. The associate told me the frames is not price yet so she can’t show me. If the frames are in display the items are priced. The optometrist assumes I need progression glasses without doing the eye exam. The things I ask for which was cover by my insurance did not get done(transition and anti coating). I told the associate as she was trying to do the paperwork. She did not put anything down and told me I can leave and told me she will handle it. I did not check my glasses until I left the store and was on the bus. She did not do any of my requests.

The eye exam was incredibly thorough, and the staff took time to address all my questions. I purchased progressive lenses at a great price, and they fit perfectly - indeed impressive selection! Highly recommend for anyone looking for professional service and quality products 😊

My 4 daughters and I needed eye exams. I called this eye care to schedule the appointments and the lady I spoke to was super nice. The day of the appointments the staff were helpful and sweet. Our eye doctor was also very nice and answered all my questions. When it came time to pick our glasses we were not rushed and were able to find the right glasses for ourselves. I would definitely recommend this place.

Came in to view their glasses and liked what I saw. They offered to do an eye exam on the spot which was wonderful. I was able to order glasses that day. The manager and staff helped set me out. They all were so kind and were REALLY good at picking out a style that fit me personally. I highly recommend their office.
