I had an amazing experience at Cohen’s Fashion Optical! The customer service was outstanding everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. They took the time to understand my style and prescription needs, making the whole process smooth . Plus, their prices are fantastic! They have a great selection of designer frames at really competitive rates, and they even offer promotions that make high-quality eyewear very affordable. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next pair!

Do not under any circumstance go to this store. This place is a fraudulent scam operation and will falsely claim they take your insurance but charge you with out of pocket charges claiming your insurance does not cover certain services. **Be very careful, they do not accepts refunds only store credit, and overcharge you on things like contact lenses, and you can get it elsewhere for half the price** They are highly skilled and trained in the psychology of scams, preying on consumers to make snap decisions and pressure people to make a quick purchase without properly informing them. Do not fall for their trap like I did, avoid Cohens at all costs.

Super scammy when it comes to using insurance. I spoke to the manager who first said I have to pay $109 for contact eye exam because my insurance doesn’t cover it. I called the insurance company who said I have $130 budget I can use for either the exam or contacts. When I told the manager that she said oh yes but if you’re using that money the price goes up to $189. Basically they try and get the most money out of you violating the insurance policy

GREAT Doctor excellent 👍🏾 demeanor and verrrryyyyy knowledgeable. Her front desk staff are welcoming just as knowledgeable as the doctor in their positions as well as understanding 😁 the customers needs with Patience 💯💯💯

I’ve struggled to put into words my gratitude for this place.. There is an Angel disguised as a Doctor at this Optical. Dr. Denise Whittam hasn’t just helped me with correcting my astigmatism and my confidence but also with finding clarity in my third eye. Which most doctors miss. There aren’t words that can express what you did for me. I will be eternally grateful. From the ladies and gentlemen in the front, to the Angel with the white coat. Always honest, always helpful, always kind and always a pleasant experience. Thank you so much.
