Apr 08, 2025 路 Janet GuarenteWell from all the excellent Sales woman that include Rhoda, Josie and a beautiful young lady who's name i have trouble remembering, but I call them the three best saleswoman in the business. Nathan, another excellent person, and the Dr. Ms. Shteyn, I hope I spelled it right, they belong on a poster for eye 馃憗 care. Professional very educated and just great people. I have been there patient for a long 鈱涳笍, and I have tried other eye cares, and always end up back to them , it's my 鉂わ笍 and there's. And I do remember the young ladies name , that temporarily slipped out of my head, her name is Kay , and they are all great.

Mar 29, 2025 路 steve krollWould love to say something great here today however, I'm just disappointed. Been a customer for many years at this location and never had a complaint til now. I made an appointment, made sure my new insurance was accepted only to receive a text saying my appointment was canceled with no further information. I called in to find out why, the cancelation was due to the doctor's absence. Things happen so I rescheduled for today. Arrive 7 min late due to tip toeing through an icy parking lot, saw the doctor walking out although at that moment had no idea that was him. Apologized for my tardiness and was told about a 5min grace period that I've never heard before. I considered rescheduling but thought twice as my gas, my time, my apology wasn't considered. It's ok to cancel to the benefit of the doc without a call but I'm told to call while trying not to fall. This customer is gone. My time is just as valuable as his. Happy Holidays.
