I am always so impressed with the selection and service here. Everyone I've interacted with there has been very friendly and professional. At my last couple of visits, the staff patiently helped me pick out glasses and sunglasses and did an incredible job reading me and my style and figuring out what to purchase. As a very indecisive shopper it was very helpful and it felt like a very "high end" experience which I don't expect when picking out glasses. He made me realize that helping someone pick frames is an art form one he is very talented at! I highly recommend this place if you want full service treatment and a positive experience!

I am greatly grieved to give a review of this nature. I would even give them a one star. I visited the Cohen fashion Optical store in Jersey Garden Mall. The sales person was lovely. They had a sign advertising a 40-50% off discount for their frames. I only wanted to buy the frames because I live too far away to Pick up the glasses there with the prescription. I purchased a pair of Versace Frames that I absolutely love. However, I returned home. Something didn’t sit right with me about the price. They were selling the glasses for $589. So I called another Cohen’s Fashion optical and gave them the same model number of the frames that I purchased. Their retail price was $399. A $200 difference in the retail price. I was literally ripped off. I wanted to return the frames that were never worn purchased less than 24 hours before. they said that there would be no returns only an in store credit. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told the manager said the price is the price and refused to come to the phone. I was very calm and a gentle speaker to the associate but they did not care. Terrible customer service. Don’t buy from them they are very seriously, a rip off store. Unless you want to pay hundreds of Dollars more than the items are worth or even sold for in the Exact franchise in other locations. This particular store and the management Are crooks , very seriously rip off people don’t go in that store.

Do not come here. Go anywhere else. I was here over a week ago. They gave me great pricing on frames and lenses, even told me I can get my glasses the same day. I returned in an hour and the lenses were definitely off. I returned today to correct them and the prescription was different than last week. Most upsetting, they told me the lenses I already paid for were for distance only. I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years. I’ve never been given glasses that are just to see from far. To correct this, I was charged $380 extra! I just read another review from a few days ago in which they gave an elderly woman a similar bait and switch. It’s a shame. Anywhere is better than here. By the way, I now have to wait 10 days for the glasses that at this point are close to $1,000.

I've been coming here for about 3 years now. I haven't experienced an issue or unprofessional staff until today. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30pm..I arrived at exactly 5:30. I was standing at the counter waiting to be checked in for 16 minutes There were staff at the eye glass frame counter that didn't acknowledge that I was even standing there. One of them was assisting another customer. Another customer that was standing next to me asked a staff member that walked from the back if they were going to call her daughter because her son was already seen and another customer was called before the daughter. The staff person walked right pass the customer and did not say a word. At this point I'm still standing here and no one still hasn't acknowledge that I was standing there. They began to assist the customer in front of me. Another staff member now comes to me 16 minutes later and ask can they help me. I told her that I had an appointment for 5:30. The staff member tells me that the doctor will not have time to see me. I explained to the staff member that I have been there since 5:30 waiting for someone to assist me. They proceed to say let me confirm your phone number, we did call to confirm yesterday. I confirmed that was my number. They proceed to say I apologize we were really backed up and the doctor won't be able to see you. If they knew they were behind and they had late appointments just like they called to confirm, they could have called to ask me to reschedule instead of me driving 30 minutes there in traffic and burning gas.

Prices here blew my mind! Got a stylish pair of glasses with lenses at super, I mean it super fair price. The attitude of the staff is great very friendly and knowledgeable which helped me find a look that I love. They even worked with my insurance! ❤️❤️❤️
