I had a fantastic experience at Cohen. The staff was welcoming, patient, and answered all my (many) questions. They treated me how I would want my family to be treated. Bonnie was amazing and spent so much time with me patiently trying on every frame in the case until we found the best pair for me. Even thought I had only come in once before, when I came to pick up my glasses they greeted me by name. I can’t speak positively enough about my experience and I will definitely be returning!

Owner's Alert❗️ I had expected to collect glasses for myself and my daughter as prescribed by doctor, from this store yesterday, which is why I visited at around 11:35 a.m. Unfortunately, the unprofessional behavior and untruthful statements by the woman at the front desk forced me to leave the store. I don't share details because I doubt this review will bring about change, but I'm sharing my experience anyway. Perhaps it will resonate with the owners and inspire some reflection.

Cass and Fab are amazing. Customer service is excellent I enjoyed my experience. Please ask for them if you decide to go. Tell them India send you. Say India for a family discount

My technician Bonnie was very attentive and willing to answer my silly questions. My doctors were able to communicate with me via teleconference but I had a very good experience. My wait while longer than I’d like, wasn’t bad at all. Especially considering my previous experience. I am satisfied

I was torn about how many stars to give but 2 outstanding Employees at this Cohen Optic made up for the one off putting and dismissive attitude I received upon entering and leaving. FULL DISCLOSURE Upon entering I was greeted by a pleasant, kind, endearing lady Giovanni who welcomed me to Cohen and said she would take care of my after speaking with the intake lady. Here is where it went downhill. Casey was unpleasant rude dismissive and treated me as if I was bothering her and kept speaking to me as if I was slow, uneducated and learning challenged. I am a person not easily intimidated but her whole approach with my insurance intake left me feeling nervous to ask the wrong question so I don’t make her anymore annoyed. This was a huge difference from the greeting. I received walking in. Did not know what to expect from my eye appointment going to the back but WOW was I in for a surprise. My technician Bonny was phenomenal. She was so thorough and explained everything she was doing. She even explained what machine did what which was going above and beyond. They even have the latest technology and virtual doctor service that reviews All eye test. Very impressed with the service and warmth of Bonny and Giovanni. When it was all done, I was sent back to Casey for my glasses purchase. Once again I was given the rude dismissive annoyed attitude, as if I was bothering and inconveniencing her. I tried to complement her to break the ice and she just seemed even more annoyed. At that moment I decided not to purchase glasses there. I am Spending my hard earned money. I don’t want to feel like I am an annoyance to you and you could not be bothered with me. So my 5 stars go to the 2 wonderful ladies that made my examination exceptional. I will not make one bad apple spoil the bunch.
