Cohen's Fashion Optical

My eyes seem perfectly fine, but my only problem is that they get tired because I need to use the computer a lot at work. I visited Cohen Optical on Steinway Street because they are affiliated with DC37. I was told to get my eyes checked first and then choose a frame. After my eyes were examined, the sales representative told me I could only choose a frame from one specific section of the showcases. Unfortunately, I couldn't find one I liked since most of the glasses were old-fashioned. Finally, I managed to choose one. I picked up my glasses a week later. When I went to pick them up, the sales representative asked me if the glasses were for nearsightedness. I said no, explaining that I needed them for computer use due to my screen time. The representative apologized and said they would adjust them for me, asking me to wait 30 minutes. I waited for about 25 minutes and received my glasses. I asked the sales representative what the prescription of the glasses was. She said it was 1.00, but I pointed out that she had written 1.25 on the prescription paper she gave me the previous week. When I asked her about the discrepancy, she said there wasn’t much difference and that it was hard to explain. Looks like they don't even know what they are doing I didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the explanation, but I took the glasses and started using them. So far, my eyes feel more tired when I wear them. idk if it is because it is the first using glasses or because they messed up.

I visited cohen’s optical on Steinway street in queens. The store was clean, inviting, and a warm atmosphere. The staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive. Maria the staff member who assisted me, was exceptional .Her professionalism and problem solving skills were beyond words. I had a pair of glasses that I purchased from the store. But i facing some issues with them and initially thought it would be impossible to fix. However MARIA worked her magic and with her expertise, managed to resolve the problem. I was so relieved and happy with the outcome. I’m extremely grateful to MARIA for her outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back in the future and will be recommending COHEN’S Optical to my family and friends especially encouraging them to ask for MARIA if they need assistance . Amazing service! They performed an eye exam and processed my purchase within an hour or less. I was beyond satisfied. Lucy helped me pick out frames that fit my face and also quickly completed insurance forms for me. Everyone was informative, friendly, and super helpful.

When I got there they were busy then told the costumer before me to take their time because I was probably not buying anything . When the costumer was done both ladies went to ta have lunch at 12:58 . I was looking for meta rayban. Please if you want costumer service go well dressed and when these starvin bad attitude lady’s aren’t hungry

Recently bought two pairs of glasses (one regular and a second pair that convert to sunglasses) and I’m happy with them both, also exceptionally happy with the customer service at this location - they were super patient with me and helpful while i worked through many different options. After picking up both pair, I found I was having a hard time adjusting to an astigmatism prescription we decided to try, so they updated my lenses for me a second time without the slightest trouble, very friendly and understanding. Thanks to the whole team at Steinway street, I’ll be coming back the next time I need glasses or contacts.
