I had a great experience here. I was greatly helped by Kelly and Crystal. They were both kind and gave great advice on which frames worked best with my features. I left feeling more confidence than before I arrived. Thank you to these two and the rest of the team by having me feel welcomed. Definitely give this place a try!

The staff is great! When it came time to pick out my glasses Crystal was amazing! I was having a difficult time picking out a style but Crystal was very patient with me! She was able to help me find the perfect pair. Crystal was very honest with me about which frames fit or did not fit for my face! So thankful for her help! She was wonderful!

Wonderful place! Truly enjoyed my experience at this location. Everyone from the front desk staff to the back of house was great. I was able to be seen same day. I called in the morning and the nice receptionist said I can come in by the afternoon. The doctor was really nice also she took her time while seeing me and didn’t make me feel rushed. She was very thorough and kind. My favorite were the ladies behind the glasses counter; Crystal and Kelly. They were very understanding and open. They explained to me what my insurance would cover and what it wouldn’t. What I would have to pay out of pocket for and what was just partially covered by the insurance. They seemed very busy too and yet I still didn’t feel forgotten. They hyped me up when I was trying on a bunch of glasses and made me feel confident about the choice they helped me make. Overall an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend. I’m already planning on going back with my husband for his eye exam and to get him new glasses.

I had an amazing experience at Cohen’s Fashion Optical, thanks to Crystal! She went above and beyond to ensure that the glasses we ordered and picked up were fully covered by our insurance. Her attention to detail didn’t stop there, she made sure the glasses fit perfectly for our faces, guaranteeing both comfort and style. Throughout the whole process, Crystal maintained a great attitude and was very open to answering any questions that I had. Overall I feel she deserves an even higher rating for the exceptional service and professionalism she displayed.

As other reviewers have said. Crystal is A-1!!! Been dealing with her and the other amazing Ladies and Gents there for about 2 years now for my glasses and contacts. Always a pleasure with them! Service is good every time!
