Every time I have visited I was meet with an unpleasant person. Asking a question bothers them. This is their job to be polite, friendly, and answer patient questions.

I was trying to make an appt as new patient i have an eye condition called Retinitis pigmentosa, she picked dup the phone is such a rude way, and I'm explaining that i need an appointment and all she asked was "What kind of appointment" I'm like" well I was diagnosed with that so I' m not sure which Doctor" SHE DID NOT EVEN LET ME SPEAK AND WAS LIKE "FIRST OF ALL I DONT GO BY DIAGNOSIS I M NOT A NURSE OR A DOCTOR" But obviously all you have to do was give an appt with an eye doctor that's the only reason why im calling. I HAVE WORK ON THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM FOR 2 YEARS AND I KNOW THAT PATIENTS MIGHTH BE DFFICUILT TO DEAL WITH. BUT I WAS DEFINITELY NOT THAT PATIENT. BUT THIS PERSON SHOULD NOT WORK ON THE PHONE LINE BECAUSE SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND VERY UNRESONABLE WITH HER ANSWER. LIKE I KNOW SHES NOT A DCOTOR AND SHES NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME A DIAGNOSIS... BUT ALL I NEEDED WAS AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN EYE DOCTOR. SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN THAT POSITION, SHE WAS EXTREMELY UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSONAL....
