My husband's last visit was unscheduled. We came directly from the John Theurer Cancer Center, with a problem. He immediately admitted us and delved into the situation, examining every inch of his eye & explaining the issue step by step so we could understand the diagnosis, the prognosis as well the outcomes for all the possible choices. To make all our visits even more pleasant, his office is staffed by some of the most professional, accommodating & sympathetic group of assistants we've ever encountered in a doctor's office. A++++++
