Dec 31, 2024 · Teresa BooneEveryone was wonderful! From the receptionist to the billing secretary. Everyone was very polite and helpful. There was a mix-up with the insurance- TOTALLY MY FAULT! I came back with the additional info and apologized. I felt so bad, but they just kept telling me "no worries." They corrected everything and wished me a nice day with a smile. They made me feel so comfortable! Dr. Eleni Sehremelis was fantastic! So kind and thorough, and she addressed all my concerns and explained everything in detail. Fantastic place. I thoroughly recommend them!

Went in with a different idea of what I wanted but when I got there I was assisted by Estephanie who provided me with multiple options and we narrowed it down to an amazing pair of glasses I was happy and content with. Estephanie also understood my price range and showed me options that were great and affordable. Nagelly also provided me with assistance in explaining the costs and was transparent when it came to pricing. She’s knowledgeable when it comes to insurance/copayments and out of pocket costs. Tiffany the assistant manager made sure I was taken care of and was very attentive to all the clients there. I highly recommend this place, it’s very clean and customer service friendly. All 3 girls were friendly and really went out of their way to help me make sure I left with a pair of glasses I really wanted. Will definitely stop by again. Keep up the great work!!
