Dr. Skraparis is the best! She’s very thorough, doesn’t rush through the appointment and explains everything! The office is clean and very organized. Her staff at the front desk is great and her medical assistants have a great bedside manner! Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a new optometrist!

I saw Dr. Patel and she was absolutely amazing. I went in for an eye injury and she very thoroughly checked it out for me an answered every single question I had. Everyone in the office was great! Thank you for taking the time to listen to your patients because not all doctors take that time/care/attention anymore. You are so appreciated.

Went for eye exam a year ago All was good. Tried to order contact lenses on Sunday 2/2 at local retail; however, wait was too long so I returned first thing on 2/3 only to find out prescription expired 2/2 (my fault). Called office first thing in morning on 2/3 to see if they could apply a grace period and extend expiration date one day; especially since expiration date was a Sunday and they are not open. First disappointment was hold time on phone 20+ minutes waiting for receptionist to pick up. Got through to office supervisor who said I would need to schedule eye exam. I believe that is policy not any law. Customer service is very disappointing. I would not recommend a practice that is so inflexible. Update: Before writing my review I googled "how long is a contact lens prescription valid' and I found the same thing you posted; i.e., "...contact lens prescription to be valid for AT LEAST ONE YEAR". To me "at least one year" is a minimum timeframe. I called office 1year and 10 hours later. I have no eye disorder or complaining my prescription isn't satisfactory. I stand by my review - poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Very friendly and efficient. Convenient to getting your eyes examined and to get glasses in the same building. Dr. Fuhrman is the best!!!

Being a Senior Citizen, 84, I have a great deal of difficulty in understanding why a Doctor tries to take advantage of seniors. In July 2022, more than a year ago, I made a simple appointment for treatment to on eye. I was told that if there was any internal issue that it could be solved by special surgery. The doctor, Ms. Cheng, determined that my surgery needed to be done, once this was done everything would work correctly. Prior to and after the surgery I was to take a prescribed regiment of medication. For one reason or another the drugs never arrived and I cancelled the operation. No other work was done and after a year this Dr. Notis is sending me invoices, and threatening legal action. I find this vindictive.
