Beware! They lure you into applying for care credit. They falsely advertising their information. I was told my son’s lenses were a good fit for the eyewear he picked yet he couldn’t see through them. They had advised me they couldn’t help due to lenses prescription and when I told them I wanted a refund since they couldn’t help, I was told to pick sunglasses worth 1,700. They don’t care about your needs and WONT GIVE YOU REFUND!!!! Only Store credit. What???? Don’t recommend this place. They have no experience on what eyewear fit perfectly with prescription lenses!

Feb 22, 2025 · ReecieI was seeing all the reviews about the front desk workers and my experience with them was great. They were friendly, attentive and fast. My issue was with the doctor, Dr. Austin White. I went to get my glasses prescription and contacts fitted. He was okay, making jokes but after a while it was annoying. I did the eye test and couldn’t get every letter and he kept chuckling and told me that I could see and to keep trying. I told him I clearly cannot see it? He’s not very clear with his instructions either so I put in my old contacts and he told me why did u do that I have new ones for you. As I’m putting them in, he says “I’m so hungry” and he opens his drawer and gets peanuts out, puts them in his hand and he starts eating them. Peanuts fall all over the floor…in the MIDDLE of our appointment!???? Now, what if I was allergic? Can’t say I’ve ever had that happen to me. Reception was more professional than a doctor. Crazy. I told him later that I wasn’t sure if these contacts were the right fit for me, judging because I was seeing a bit blurry from far. I used a sign as an example and he got close to the sign and said “From here you can see.” Lmao crazy. So, I have to get closer to see. Is that not what the contacts are FOR!? I asked front desk if he’s the only doctor there so I can come back when he’s not there. I went on a Wednesday and learned he also works there every other Saturday just so you know.
Feb 05, 2025 · Alexa SThis is the worse optical, they did an eye exam in less than 5 minutes, they optician was more focus in prescribing a $150.00 silicon eye drop than performing an accurate eye exam. they gave me the wrong prescription i paid 900.00 for the glasses and still have not pick them up, they new updated prescription still have the same problems.
