I had a great experience at Davis Visionworks on Queens Boulevard when getting glasses for myself, my wife, and my daughter. The doctor was very professional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciate how they gave their honest opinions when helping us choose the best frames—they made sure we got the perfect fit and style for each of us. The service was also impressively fast, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Parking can be a bit challenging to find nearby, but the store is super close to the Woodhaven Blvd subway entrance. If you’re driving, parking at Queens Center Mall and walking about five minutes is the best option. Despite the parking situation, this store truly deserves a 5-star rating for its outstanding service. Highly recommended!

I've been going here for about 6 years now. The wait time is pretty minimal. I've always had pleasant and friendly interactions with the staff. Most recently, Madeline helped me out. This is the second time I've been helped by her and she's very personable and friendly. She truly goes above and beyond will help with feedback if needed. Always pleasant conversing with her. That's not to see that other staff members aren't friendly and enjoy able to chat with as well.

Easy to make an appointment. The staff were also easy to talk to! Eye exam was actually very thorough and doctor took his time to answer my questions. And last but not the least, Madeline was very nice and helpful in helping me choose which frame works for me!

wow i usually don’t write reviews but i felt so compelled to just express how happy i was with my service today. i’ve been wearing glasses since elementary school and this is the first time i’ve had such a memorable experience at the eye doctor. the whole team was fast, efficient and friendly! Dr. Kang was super thorough and i can tell that she cares. she took her time with my eye examination. made sure that my contact fit was appropriate and comfortable. as well as making sure the prescription was well suited for me. she was very informative about the best options for my eyes Rosanna then furthered the amazing experience. she was very welcoming and helped tailor my experience to the best suitable option as far as selecting my glasses. she let me try them on and let me know all of my options. I didn’t feel like they were trying to grab my money like some stores have felt. I’m more than satisfied and will gladly travel from Brooklyn to Queens again just for them!
