I love this visionworks! To start, it’s a super convenient location since it’s in the mall. Making appointments are so easy since they send texts every year when I’m scheduled for an eye exam. Every appointment has been easy and hassle free from setting it up to the actual exam. The longest part of this process for me is picking new frames, but the staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. They are very patient with answering questions and explaining sales. They even help me out throughout the year if I need my glasses adjusted. I look forward to going there every single time.

My favorite was still Dr. Botelho but too bad she left in 2021. Also, my recent visit (Dec 2023), the new doctor is so nice, however, the one who assisted me for glasses (first time having a female assisting me but I didn't get her name) was no good. You really feel like she doesn't want to work based on how she speaks and her body language. She also kept yawning in front of me, talking about professionalism. Joel is still the best.

I was taken in before that time arrived. Everyone was very pleasant and eager to please. Everyone that I encountered made my experience a very pleasant one.
Dec 28, 2024 · Carmella LaganaEverything is great up until the payment and the time it takes to get my glasses is what really annoys the shit out of me. Why, because having just paid almost $300 for a pair of glasses that I have to wait almost a whole 2 weeks to get my glasses and this is unacceptable. You guys expect me to not see for an additional 14 days until my glasses arrive. They should at least give us a loaner pair until we get ours because I am now without and glasses so for rhw next couple of week's, I guess I'll feel like a blind person does so thanks Visionworks, great job!!
