Dello Russo Laser Vision

This was my first visit, as I was referred here by my ophthalmologist. I was impressed by how efficient everything was—there was almost no wait time, and I only sat down for about 10 minutes before being seen. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the doctor was fantastic, taking the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll be returning for a procedure soon, and I’m hopeful that my next visits will be just as positive as the first.

My experience at Dello Russo couldn’t have gone any better. From the facility, to the staff, to the procedure, everything went so smoothly. More than the procedure, the staff is what was made the experience. Dello Russo is incredibly, and I would highly recommend it to all.

The service at this location was excellent. Ahmed, Kay, and the whole staff were very attentive and caring. I highly recommend getting lasik. The surgery only took 10 minutes for both eyes and I can no see even better than before with glasses and contacts. I can gladly say I have had an excellent experience all around

It was a noisy and busy office. It felt like a human traffic jam trying to get to each part of the exam. The door was left open in the exam room when I spoke to the doctor, so it was difficult to hear and understand the doctor with so much noise right outside the door. I also reacted badly to the eye drops they put in, which was super uncomfortable for the rest of the day. Another thing that freaked me out was that there was lipstick stains on one of the machines that was not wiped down from the previous patient. Also, I understand that they don't work with insurance for payment for lasik surgery, which is fair, I just asked if they can submit the prior authorization for me, and they were unwilling to assist with that. Super disappointed overall. Positives: decent wait time, courteous receptionist and smooth scheduling.

Put it this way, it’s been 3 weeks & more calls than necessary to have not one person pick up with an answer of when will my glasses be ready or even bothered to call me back. Not even the “Supervisor” who was emailed supposedly. But the best part of all is that after calling all week fake promises of call backs and being sent around from office to office for some reason they told me after waiting 3 WEEKS that I had to wait 1 more week because when they got my message yesterday!! they called the insurance and where told my glasses didn’t pass inspection?? I don’t even know what that means but I do know that 4 weeks for a pair of glasses is ridiculous! Let alone all the calls I had to make to get a straight answer! I’m not sure what’s happening in Delarusso but they are in dire need of a Manager/supervisor who actually Manages/supervises
