Just ridiculous, then they just want you to pay without complaining of their way of handle this. At least you call and inform, that is all I ask for, you don’t wait till I’m ready to pick my glasses to tell me that the price I have agreed on and already paid was not valid and I have to pay an extra $109

The woman working there just looked annoyed and said "the doctor's with another patient" when I asked politely about the delay after waiting 30 minutes. The office is also tiny and run down in appearance. Because a lot of the patients here don't have a lot of other options, it seems this office can get away with very poor service.

Yes the area isn't the best, and the office isn't the biggest. But the staff does what it has to do. Waiting time may ve a lil much even if scheduled but its because they are giving their undivided attention to clients which I enjoy. Sometimes its not about how fast a job gets done but the quality.
Nov 17, 2017 · Robert BroadusIf I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. The doctor was supposed to do a follow up call. I left all my information with the receptionist. He calls back and was like who am I speaking to. In my head I'm like you called me. Then I had to restate my entire issue. They are guided with miss communication. The dr wasn't even there when i came in. He's then proceeds to tell me I didn't do something and I'm advising him I did. I'm telling him who performed the service and such. And hes still insisting that I didn't. There eye glass selection is poor. They place is very outdated . Save your time and go somewhere else. Ooo then they speak another language right in front of you and don't explain anything and you know its pertaining to you. Horrible place, I'm finding my glasses somewhere else!
