Dr. Ganesh Rau

I had an emergency visit to this practice. I had never been there before. They are WONDERFUL! Everything from checking in to Dr. Visit and scheduling next appt was seamless & stress-free. Dr. Rau is fantastic. Not condescending to patients, he spoke to me about my health history and the issue for the visit. Totally open to questions, friendly, and genuinely cared about what was discussed. I found a new eye doctor, and am extremely happy and satisfied! Staff were awesome. Thank you Dr. Rau and his team!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ganes Rau, and I am beyond impressed with the level of care I received. Dr. Rau is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and attentive. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and the treatment options available, which helped me feel informed and comfortable about my choices. The office is well-equipped with the latest technology, and Dr. Rau’s expertise is evident in how efficiently and accurately he conducts the exams. His staff (Jennifer) is also friendly and professional, making the entire visit a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Ganes Rau to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate ophthalmologist. I feel very fortunate to have found such a fantastic eye care provider!

No complaints, Appointments run pretty much on time, on one occasion I had to wait 20 minutes. Staff polite and friendly, Office clean, on site eyeglass sales department expensive. Dr Rau is always very thorough.

Dr. Rau and his staff are great. Very kind supportive and thoughtful group. The office is very busy so sometimes we have to wait awhile but if you want the best care then you don’t mind the wait.

I called the office due to a small issue that I was concerned about 10 days post/Op. Again, this office jumped into action. One of the girls called me back in less than 5 minutes and told me to come right in. Dr Rao saw me immediately and assured me that I was ok. He gave me instructions of what to do if anything changed. I cannot express how amazing this office is! All the employees and physicians are TOP NOTCH !! I feel so grateful that I found these professionals.
