Jun 20, 2019 · Vivianna JonesIt is refreshing to see a doctor who is enthusiastic about what she does. Dr. Tsai is great at what she does and particularly took care of my chronic dry eyes. I use to have extreme sensitivity to light and my eyes would feel like sandpaper. She uses punctal plugs and even gave me holistic remedies instead of just prescribing medications like other doctors do. Now my eyes feel so much better in addition to give me the best prescription. Thank you Dr. Tsai for taking care of my eyes!

I suffer from extreme dry eyes from my scleroderma so finding a reliable doctor that knew how to treat me was important. I travel into the city just to see her because she knows what she's doing. Most doctors rush through appointments but Dr. Tsai takes her time and explains everything to me. Not only that, she teaches me how the treatments work so I have a better understanding of my own body's biology and how I react to medications. She's also very pleasant to interact with as she always has a huge smile on her face and is genuine in everything she does and how she treats her patients.
