Feb 03, 2025 · zahava naveMy daughters both have been patients of Dr. Jee for 12 years. The last few years have been horrible with the front line staff and they give conflicting information regarding payment, answers to questions when you call them and are rude and outright nasty telling you what you as the customer have to do. You can’t even pay a bill electronically and I have been told that if I pay over the phone to pay them quickly that I will incur a fee. They even gave me a problem paying with my HSA card. Most recently, I called to have my kids documents sent to their new eye doctor because they are so rude and do not want to deal with them anymore. They gave me a hard time and SOOGI at the office told me I had to apologize to her for raising my voice and she wasn’t sending the file to the new eye doctor. I did say to put the doctor on the phone to which she declined. The doctor may be nice but it’s unfortunate that his staff is so rude and doesn’t care about his patients and they must be given the power by him to not have to answer to his patients.

I have three small children that see Dr. Jee and he has been beyond patient and very kind to each one. All 3 of my kids had farsightedness from a very young age. When the pediatrician's office did the eye exam at 6 months on my first child, I went to 7 pediatric opthalmologists and Dr. Jee is the one we decided to go with. That alone speaks volumes about him and about his office/staff. He was the only doctor that explained things to me and made me feel comfortable asking questions when needed. His staff always calls me back if and when I need have a question. This is the most efficient and professional medical office I have been to. I'm always telling everyone about their warm professionalism and hope that more people put their trust in Dr. Jee and his wonderful staff. Also a plus, my kids LOVE coming to his office! Thank you guys for always taking great care of us, we are lucky to have your team behind us through our kid's eye journey!
Jul 14, 2022 · YREven one star is a waste for this place. Especially, the manager is very unkind and uncooperative. She seems like to be above doctor level. When I tried to contact the doctor on the phone, she blocked it and told her what you want. And then “What I said is doctor’s order. Consulting with the doctor is unnecessary, because he should have same opinion as I told you.” I strongly recommend not to making appointment with this office.
