Jan 27, 2025 · Nilda RomanDr Blum staff is so rude especially the one in the back that works with him. When you get there they call people in that who come after you see the doctor before you. when you tell Dr Blum what they did he is so rude he doesn't even apologize for them. Him and his staff always be gathering and talking and they don't have no time with the patients. The come to the patients when they feel like it, and he did a 5 quick minutes check up with the patients and that's it. He is the worst eye doctor ever.

He gave my mom eye surgery she didn't need. She has become so depressed since losing most of her sight. He misdiagnosed an allergic reaction for an eye condition that requires surgery. Found a doctor in Florida now that confirmed he did cataract surgery she didn't even need because she has glaucoma and he is a former NY doctor. I wish I knew she was doing this surgery at the time I would have advise her not to do it. How in the world can you confuse cataract for glaucoma. Mind blowing...so please be careful before allowing this man or anyone he recommends for surgery on you or your loved ones. Do your due diligence

Always a pleasant experience with the staff, they work quick and professional with everyone, and Dr. Blum himself is always a step ahead of everyone. 10/10 stars for him. Wait time is sometimes a headache but you can't do much for other patients coming ahead of their appointments.

My mom did cataract surgery there and my aunt did eye lid surgery. They were very pleased with the results . Also, Known him and his staff since I was 14 yrs old . They are very kind and professional .
