I am visual and tactile, therefore showing me a model of the eye with an explanation appropriate to my level of education was great. She provides copies of your results so you can take part in being accountable in your care. If you want a physician who is compassionate,intelligent with a bit of humor , then Dr. Saba is your best choice. I admit I am a harsh critique being a nurse with a varied background over30 yrs. I am happy I struck gold with her. Will definately refer as I believe it is part of advocacy in my profession.

She is very thorough, knowledgeable and patient. She listened to my every complaint and concern, which I very much appreciated. I'm so happy my search for an optometrist has ended. I highly recommend her!

Rather, 2 weeks later - the day before the appointment, they call you to tell you that you will have to pay out of pocket. They wasted 2 weeks of my time and now I have to find a new eye doctor. This is harmful and can put the public at risk if they need to get their eyes checked, especially during a pandemic. While I'm sure it's not an intentional scam, it certainly operates like one. What happened to the days when doctors cared about their patients over profits? It's inexcusable to blame the front office. The owners/operators need to ensure their medical office is operating in a way that cares about their patients and the community.
