This office discriminates against disabilities. I tried to schedule an appointment. After the receptionist lost my info for the 3rd time, she said the appointment would take 2 hours. I asked her why, and explained that I have a neuromuscular disease that prevents me from sitting for long periods. She refused to explain further and told me that because of my disability I shouldn’t come there. If you or your loved one have a disability, avoid Dr. Reich

Nov 21, 2024 · A YBest doctor in the NYC. Came for 2nd opinion, after talking to 2 previous eye doctors. Very impressed by Doctors communication skills and ability to understand and manage patients fears and concerns. Additionally I received a professional opinion after numerous tests and reassurance of not necessarily needing a surgery.
Oct 30, 2023 · Luba KOffice was nice but wait was very long. On top of that the dr prescribed me medication that has side effects of insomnia but didn’t say a word about that. When I called to ask why I couldn’t sleep they said I was imagining it but when I googled the drug and went for a second opinion I was told about all the side effects I’ve been having (insomnia / depression) we’re supposed to be able to trust doctors over the internet but I guess not. Still dealing with the side effects now and the office is so hard to reach on the phone.
