I was very pleased with the medical part of the my visit. The doctor seems very nice but when I came in I was handed a piece of paper to sign with no clarification and later they charge me $75, pointed to the piece of paper I signed claiming I was giving their OK for a $75 Eye exam which I already had received elsewhere and that I didn’t need one and I’m really pissed off and I would not recommend

I ran into some heavy traffic and was extremely late to my last appointment and they were so accommodating. Elias’ beside manner is unmatched! Dr. Nadelson is fantastic. The ladies at the front desk are the sweetest. I’m not sure if there are issues with the other providers who share the suite but everyone I’ve dealt with here has been nothing short of amazing

In my experience, as well as that of several partners within my firm, the system's confirmation of scheduled appointments is unreliable. Appointments made through the portal are not officially confirmed until a staff member verifies the availability of the requested time slot, which defeats the purpose of having a scheduling portal. To avoid any potential inconvenience or uncertainty, it may be prudent to personally contact the office via phone or book with other providers with a more reliable system.
