This doctor’s office sets the bar for how all doctor’s offices should be! Every staff member was beyond nice, helpful, and courteous. Wait time was reasonable especially with how thorough of an assessment was done. Melissa the assistant that did my intake was thorough, friendly, and made me comfortable. She even turned off the light in the room knowing it would bother my eye injury without me even saying anything. Dr. Decker was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did a thorough exam. I never felt rushed at any point during the intake or with the doctor. I also want to say big thanks to the scheduler (male; apologies I didn’t get your name) that was able to get me an appt the same day I called! Greatly appreciated as I would not have been able to get my painful eye injury taken care of until after the weekend otherwise. Best doctor’s office I have been to!

My 6 month visit was both pleasant and professional. Not sure who the person who did my sight and pressure test but he was excellent. Dr Decker did his review of the findings by the first person and did his own examinations. He as well was very through, personable and pleasant to talk with. Always feel like my eyes are in good hands when I leave.

Dr. Decker has been taking care of my eyes for many years. I have total confidence in his treatment--so much so, that even though I live In Japan, whenever I visit New Jersey, I make a point of seeing him. He has a great balance of professionalism with taking a personal interest in me.

Very professional staff.Today, I had interaction with Connie. She is very professional. Each individual staff member that we encountered, introduced themselves and clearly explained what the were going to do in respectful manner. Dr Decker is excellent ophthalmologist. He explains everything he is going to do. He reinforces issues that we should be concerned with. He explains why we should be taking Vitamins. Post visit questions are always encouraged.

The waiting room was very clean and social distancing was in place. The staff was polite and courteous. Dr. Decker was friendly with my 3 yr old and even shared some pictures (of a bear) with him. He was very nice to me and took the time to listen. My visit with him was a pleasure. I have a 1 yr follow-up and I am pleased with his office, definitely coming back for my follow-up.
