Hello so I came in there today and I had the pleasure of working with this young lady named christieAnn I believe she’s the store manager I’m not sure if I’m spelling it correctly but her customer service is second to none she is absolutely amazing at what she does explain the frames and everything with it she goes completely above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with what you are getting and The product quality is consistently outstanding exceeding my expectations every time I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service The ambiance here when she’s there is always inviting and comfortable. I would definitely recommend you going here and dealing with her she’s completely outstanding and I will definitely return I appreciate you thank you again

Jan 31, 2025 · Ivette RSpent $500 on glasses and sunglasses lenses here and I literally feel gaslit every day. The rotation of the lenses is slightly off so my vision isn't good. For the sunglasses, they barely block anything. Nearly the same as wearing my regular glasses. I ordered some trial contact lenses with them that never came. I'm definitely going to have to have my eyes re-examined. Just not worth it. This place isn't up to standard. It's worth paying more to go somewhere else.

Feb 01, 2025 · AmarylisI ain’t get my glasses yet and my already pissed. They better be nice or I’m putting in a claim to my fsa. It’s been two weeks I understand if it take a while but the heffa on the phone is rude as hell. Like I’m not asking for my glasses I paid damn near 2k for.

The sales person name was Chris she was very nice helpful little did and very respectful she helped me finalize on a pair of fame which I loved little did I know she was the store manager very humble person we need more people like this 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
